Healthy, Hydrating Pink Drink

My love for Liquid IV is no secret! I have one almost every day, it perks me up, hydrates me and tastes so good! I've seen a lot of recipes using Liquid IV and while they seemed interesting, I thought: why mess with a good thing?

That was until I had a Pink Drink from Starbucks and paid almost seven bucks for it! And it was full of sugar and other crap that I try to avoid. I used to get the Pink Drink often when I was nursing, coconut milk is great for hydration. But that sweet strawberry flavor reminded me of something; so I decided to make healthier, hydrati-er version!

It was so easy and I think even yummier than the Starby's version!

Here's what you'll need:

1 packet of Strawberry Liquid IV (this link and/or the code JENNYRADISH will get you 25% off!)

8 ounces of coconut milk

handful of frozen or fresh strawberries or a few dehydrated strawberries if you'd rather not use a blender

2 ounces of digestive aloe (optional) I have been adding aloe to my Liquid IV lately and it helps with bloating and just makes me feel good!

And here's how to make it:

Blend the fresh or frozen strawberries with 8 ounces of coconut milk & Liquid IV

Add 6 ounces of water & 2 ounces of digestive aloe or just use 8 ounces of water and blend a bit more

If you skipped the fresh/frozen berries, just add the ingredients (minus the dehydrated berries) with some ice and shake em up! Add the dehydrated berries last!

Pour over ice and enjoy!

You could skip the berries all together, I have and it still tastes just as good!I like adding the berries to get a little extra goodness and that pretty pink color!

Let me know if you try it!
