Healthy Shamrock Shake

I woke up last Saturday morning and felt like something inside of me had shifted. I felt like I was finally ready to take the steps  to shake off this covid weight by moving more and eating better. And every morning since, I have started my day with what I have been calling my Shamrock Shake. But I call it that in my head, because if I said that out loud then my kids would want it So to them, I calling is a Spinach Smoothie, which you'll see isn't a complete fabrication in the recipe below!

For my Healthy Shamrock Shake, you will need the following inredients:

1 Scoop of Vitauthority Lean Greens 

8 ounces plant milk of your choice (I use almond)

1 banana

a handful of spinach


You could also add a scoop of collagen for added benefits. 

Blend and enjoy!
